By creating an account, generating a profile, or buying a T-shirt, you agree to comply fully with these terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the services.
2. Custom Printed Products & Return Policy
Because each garment is printed on-demand with your personalized QR code and headline, we cannot support refunds, returns, or size exchanges for incorrect sizing choices, formatting errors, or changes of mind. Please check our sizing guide carefully before placing an order.
3. User Responsibility & Public Content
You are solely responsible for the information shown on your public profile page. You agree not to post inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or copyrighted content. You acknowledge that anyone scanning the QR code on your shirt will be able to view your public profile.
4. Disclaimer of Guarantee
We provide the platform "as is". The Walking Resume does not guarantee that using the platform or wearing the garments will result in job offers, interviews, networking contacts, or employment.
Important Notice
We print the exact text and link configured on your profile at the time of your order. Please proofread your headline and check your candidate URL before submitting payment.
Need an exchange?
We will happily print a replacement or issue a refund if your product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit. Contact support within 14 days of receipt.

The platform is designed to make profiles easily accessible in public settings. By adding your details, you agree that your profile is hosted on a public URL. The Walking Resume is not responsible for any search engine indexing, screenshot sharing, or replication of your profile data once it has been accessed through your public QR code.
6. Physical World Interactions
The Walking Resume is not liable for, and has no control over, the actions or behavior of individuals who scan your QR code or interact with you in the physical world. Please exercise standard safety precautions when sharing information or meeting individuals at events, conferences, or public spaces.
7. Intellectual Property
The name "The Walking Resume", the logo, and design templates are intellectual property of the service. You are granted a limited license to build your profile, print and scan QR codes, and use our shirts for personal promotion. You may not reproduce or resell our platform's software, templates, or logo for separate commercial entities.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to revise or update these terms at any time. When terms change, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Continual use of the site or wearing the shirts after changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
